youo Posted October 29, 2006 Posted October 29, 2006 I have a account in 72.18.130.176, but I can not find out the server name by the tch name locate tool. By directly access https://+ip I got a server name not list in the offical server list. I wrote a support ticket yesterday and not got a reply. So I have to post the question here. The question is the shared ssl for this server was down over 3 days, please fix. Quote

heyguy Posted October 29, 2006 Posted October 29, 2006 "official server list"? Where'd you find that? As far as the outage goes, you should subscribe to your server's notification thread so you will know when your server is taken down for maintenance, as it was a few days ago. Quote
