Server Loading Slowly

My website (www.anothermessageboard.com) has been running terribly slow for the past few days. Could someone please kick the server or feed the hamster?

It loads very fast from Sweden.

I have users in Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and California who are all saying it loads slowly. And tracing the route shows no suspect issues. Every now and then I'll get a quick load, but most times it takes much longer than I'm accustom to.

All the times look good to me, yet the page loads slowly and sometimes I even get a timeout.

Open a ticket at the help desk, and we'll have a look at a tracert going the other way. It's loading fine from the UK.

I see that your starting IP is in the 10.x.x.x range which is reserved for private networks. These are usually assigned in large companies for their internal LANs. This may be an issue with the firewalls or whatever software the company uses to scan or secure their Network. Is the site also slow loading from your home computer?
