llama_thumper Posted October 24, 2006 Posted October 24, 2006 hi, was wondering whether the above options are useful/can be used with email hosted by TCH - I've tried the latter (SSL) but from time to time I always get a popup saying that the server's certificate is somehow not the one it should be... can anyone explain? TCH-Bruce Posted October 24, 2006 Posted October 24, 2006 The reason you would receive the SLL cert warning is you are popping your domain and the certificate was issues to a shared server. If you wish to totally eliminate the SSL cert warning pop your server name instead of your domain or purchase your own SSL cert. SSL certs do expire and when a new one is issued you may receive the warning then also. Accepting it should prevent it from popping up for another year. Quote

What about the checkbox "Log on using SPA (Secure Password Authentication)"? Quote
