Cannot Complete New Account Order

I currently have an account and web site with TCH (www.troop358.org)

I am trying to transfer another domain name to TCH and have them host it's web page and email.

 

When I try to pay via credit card, the order system is reporting:

 

TotalChoice Hosting: Error

 

Domain grynberg.com already exists on this system

 

BACK LOGIN

 

 

Also, I got an automated email from the billing department to pay for the new order via paypal, but the link included in the email get's bounced by paypal as being invalid.

 

HELP!!!! ANYONE!!!!

Hi Jim,

 

Can I check my understanding first.

 

You already have www.troop358.org at Total Choice hosting.

 

You own grynberg.com and it is currently hosted elsewhere.

 

To add another domain to your account here, you need to log into the help desk and then click on the cart up in the top right that says "Place a new order". If you try doing it as a new order (not from within the helpdesk) it will recognise you and say that an account of your name already exists.

 

With the link, could you PM with the link and package that you are after and I will have a look and give you the correct link.
