darrienj Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 After trying (and failing) to get a browser based WYSIWYG WordPress plugin to work, I have come across some standalone blog editors like w.bloggar/Zarthura (?). Any suggested TCH friendly solutions? Quote
GvilleRick Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 I have used w.bloggar in the past and it worked well. It works on your local machine and then connects and uploads to your website. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 I was just looking into w.bloggar today and it looked interesting. I've been using Performancing fir Firefox to write some of my blog entries. It is a Firefox plugin. Wordpress 2.0 has a WYSIWYG Ajax editor. I prefer to use the old UI though. Same with Performancing. Quote
wampthing Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 (edited) Here is a review of QUMANA. *ttp://lifehacker.com/software/downloads/download-of-the-day-qumana-189770.php I am not a blogger. I just happen to be setting one up for my brother. I set up qumana in just a few seconds. It seemed to know what I was using as a plat form, and was very easy to use. No extensive experience, but I seem to like programs that dont make me want to jump out of a window while I am setting them up. Edited July 31, 2006 by wampthing Quote
