Password Protect A Web Page?

I see in cPanel there is a way to password protect a folder but it requires a username & password combination.

 

Is there a way to password protect a page without requiring username too?

 

In other words, I would like to have a page that only requires a password for users to access. I will notify the users of the password but I don't need for them to have a username to access the page.
