Semi-dedicated Server

Hi guys,

 

I've been using a Deluxe reseller account for a while now at TCH and I'm more than happy with guys, with the service and the rest, TCH is just what I needed.

 

For one of my customer, I'd need a larger bandwidth and web space and I would need to install a ticketing system that might be available when the customer's account is not. My idea to achieve that goal should be to install the customer's account on a semi-dedicated server (new account) and the ticketing system on my current reseller's account. The probability that both aren't available at the same time seems pretty low to me.

 

I'd like to know what you guys think about this solution and also, I need to know the time you need to open a semi-dedicated server account?
