Dumplin Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Ok I already have a site hosted here.....cause TCH is the best so I just registered a new domain dabsy.net via TCH last nite Domain servers in listed order: DNS3.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM DNS4.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM Registry Status: REGISTRAR-LOCK Registry Status: clientDeleteProhibited Registry Status: clientUpdateProhibited Registry Status: clientTransferProhibited Registry Status: clientRenewProhibited Ok so what is the next step in getting the domain hosted here? My other site was hosted with a different company so that process was different and about 2 years ago so not sure what is involved with just having a domain name and no site yet. Thanks Donna Quote

If it won't accept you as a new user, open a ticket at the billing department using your existing hosted domain name and login details - and we'll give you the login information. Quote

Ok I used my billing PW and got in, received the TotalChoice Hosting:: Signup Email but noticed it had my work phone so I just sent a help ticket giving my home phone number. Thanks Donna Quote

Just for future reference, if you have a billing username and pw, you can log in to your account at https://ssl.totalchoicehosting.com/modern and change your contact info. Quote

Good idea and I will go look to see what info I entered 2 years ago. Also I received my welcome email with all the info on the new site so now waiting for word that the domain has propagated. Once again TCH has proved they are the best Hosting Company in the World IMO Quote
