More Then One Domain On One Account

Hi! I wanted to ask can i have two or more domains on one account?

For a normal account you can only have one web site.

You can have additional domains parked by tech support on top of your account

so if you have a .com

you can have them park a .net on top of your account.

But you may not point additional domains to a folder or part of your site.

For that you need a reseller account where you can host many domains in their own accounts.

Or pay an extra $4/month for a second starter account. That's less than a coke per week.

so your cheapest plan doesnt include any "add-on domains", correct?

None of the virtual account have add on domain.

Only a reseller account has add on domains.

thats a shame, most hosts are offering that. Out of hundreds of hosts I had it narrowed down to you and another.....I guess you lack a feature that I need.

Good luck with any host that will give you unlimited virtual domains for under $4/month. As a customer I can say that you won't find a better host with more quality support and services than here, but I do wish you the best. When it doesn't work out keep TCH in mind... many in the past have come back to us after the "bargain guys" burned them.

There are plenty, actually. In fact most hosts are offering that(these hosts are also rated high in customer satisfaction just as TCH is). In fact, ive been with my current host for over 3 years and they have offered that the whole time. My current host has been absolutely fabulous for 3 years but has done a coupe things in the last weeks that concern me....thus I am host shopping.

 

From my research TCH looks top notch and would most likely be the ones I choose....BUT I simply need the add-on domain feature.

 

Is it even a cheap add-on option for your cheaper accounts?

Sorry, but TCH does not offer add-on domains unless it's a reseller account.

This package option offers unlimited add-ons for $19.99/month. It's a reseller account Bruce mentioned.

 

FWIW, I came from a place 3 years ago that had add-ons for free. They offered unlimited. The service, speed, and other things was definitely limited though. At TCH they put reseller accounts on separate servers from the regular ones so they can keep better performance for us all. If you really want a $4/month acct with unlimited add-ons then you will have to go somewhere else. If you are willing to pay $20/month for a reseller account the this is the place to be.

 

It's just like pizza - "Better ingredients, Better pizza, Papa John's" versus the $0.99 Publix brand pizza from the freezer section.
