I setup a new website www.my-horse-sense.com that has exceeded the 16 meg of bandwidth. There is hardly any traffic. How do I find out what is causing this?

Have you checked your stats in cpanel?

Have you opened a help desk ticket?

As Don says, please open a support desk ticket and we can take a look. Most likely if your up for renewl, the card has not been billed.
