Problem Changing Permissions

Suddenly I am unable to change permissions to give me access to some of my own directories. As far as I know I'm following the same standard procedures that have worked before.

 

Any suggestions? I'm stuck.

If you are unable to change file permissions through cPanel or an FTP program please open a help desk ticket using the link at the top of this page.
