Install Joomla Through Fantastico

Went to cpanel clicked on Fantastico who do I install the scripts from there

Select the item in the list and follow the instructions that appear in the box on the right.

When you go into Fantastic it says

 

"Use Fantastico to automatically install any of the scripts listed on the left. Installing any script will use one of your available MySQL databases. Removing any script will free up one of your used MySQL databases."

 

But it does not give any details on how to install the program, take for instance Joomla it says
