Ultimateformmail Issues

I've already got a support session going with the author on his site. I am not expecting support here, just looking for confirmation that others here using this particular script are ok.

 

Was working fine when I installed it. Stopped working days later, dunno why, didn't find out until my colleagues started complaining.

Just wondering if maybe there was some sort of change at TCH that affected this thing. I've already tried four different destination email addresses from different providers and eliminated spam filters as the possible problem.

PS - 3.x doesn't use ioncube... I just don't want you going on a wild goose chase.

Thanks. Bruce, has there *ANY* change at the server level that could possibly affect this? I'm on Server 53. Do I need to enter a help desk ticket?

Not to my knowledge. But I am a mod so the help desk would be a better place to get that question answered.

Can ANYONE using Server 53 that has Ultimate Form Mail running verify that their script is working?

 

TCH tells me there is no problem, and the developer has tested my account personally and claims there is nothing wrong. Finger pointing in both directions isn't helping. I completely understand why it's happening. Just sucks to be me at this point. :/

 

Again, if ANYONE can verify they have this script running on Server 53, I'd be much obliged.
