kcraighead Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 Have just tried to get into cpanel and I get the following error on my reseller account: Unknown License File Version Verification Server: verify.cpanel.net Verification Ip Address: 69.90.250.56 Auth Server: auth.cpanel.net Auth Ip Address: 198.66.78.9 License Hostname: server315.snhdns.com Main Shared Ip: 216.180.241.234 Main Server Ip: 216.180.241.234 License Version: System Id: c82762942be2 System Time: Thu Feb 23 05:21:33 2006 Current Time: Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969 1 216.180.241.234 using package ESERVERS-INTERNAL and is licensed though: eServers (active on: 2003-03-10 16:16:41, group: eServers-Atlanta*) and is expired/deactived by eServers on 2006-02-22 11:22:22. 2 216.180.241.234 was using package VIRTUOZZO-INTERNAL and was licensed though: eServers (active on: 2003-02-14 18:32:33, group: eServers-Atlanta*) and is expired/deactived by unknown on unknown. When I try to get into a cusotmer account I get: Unknown License File Version cpanel.net I assume this is a major problem and you guys are working on it? Quote
