Hello. I need some help. And if I'm not in the correct forum, please let me know which forum I should go to.

Here is the problem: My business associate has been receiving notices that her email has been stopped by the infamous SPAMCOP (when mailing to clients). What can she do to get off the "list?"

Does anyone know if SPAPCOM actually will take you (or is it the IP address?) off their list if you fill out their on-line form? And just how does a person end up on their list anyhow?

Her email is going out through her domain name at TCH. The only other people who have email with her domain are family members. She uses Outlook on a PC running XP.

Any suggestions?

Hi maryanne

Welcome to the forums

it is usually the IP address that is noted - not the domain name.

Open a ticket at our help desk, abuse department, and include a copy of the bounced email - we'll help sort it for you.

Thanks, Andy!

I was just on the phone with my associate and she has submitted a trouble ticket to TCH. We'll see what happens

And thanks for the friendly welcomes from everyone!
