I was pressed for time, so rather then go through normal channels, I just left a post on the forums.. in less than 5 hours, TCH had this problem diagnosed and fixed.. I came back from the events of the evening to find that tomorrow work would not be a disaster, as everything was working now.. So the support at this company is spectacular, simply spectacular....
