Outlook can receive, but not send, just wondering if the server is down or something. I haven't changed a thing and my SMTP is set to 26 still.

No email problems on any servers at the moment. It may be that your ISP has also started blocking port 26 as well as port 25.

 

Open a ticket at the help desk (link at top of page) for us to test your email account for you.
