Nice Simple Easy To Understand Tutorial For Flash

I am playing with macromedia flash, is there a nice small step-by-step tutorial to learn flash? What I am looking for, is a site that has something like:

"you can do this to your site" *flash example*

no to create this here are the steps:

I want a step by step help tutoral to see if I want to tackle this or stay away from it.

A simple Google search for flash tutorial yeilded many results. A good place to start.
