Container Page With Left & Top Borders

I would like to have a container page for an external URL that uses the same top & left border as my web site. Is that possible?

Never mind... I figured out how to do what I needed without using a container page.

 

I just needed to create an HTML object, and place link in it, in the middle section as follows:

 

<a href="http://www.URLthatIwantedinthemiddle.com"></a>
