Remangiii Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 Hi guys - I am an exisiting customer and I want to get rid of my current domain name and replace it with a new one. Is this easy to do? (Please note I want it to be like I've been using the new one as the main one all along) Quote
stevevan Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 Have you purchased the new domain name yet? Quote

stevevan Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 I have not. That would be the first thing to do. Once you have your new domain name, contact the help desk to get things set up for you. (I'm assuming you want to keep the exsisting content, but just change the domain name.) Quote

I would want to be able to use the new domain name for sending and receiving e-mails as well as keeping the existing content. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 When you open the ticket ask the help desk to park the domain on your current account. Quote
Remangiii Posted November 24, 2005 Author Posted November 24, 2005 Is this something which I can do myself? I see a parked domains button. Is that it I'll need help to get rid of the old domain? Quote

TCH-Don Posted November 24, 2005 Posted November 24, 2005 For normal accounts you must have the help desk park or change your account domain name. Quote
