Mailing List Help: I Want Only Admin To Send Mail?

Hi everyone.

 

I need a little help with the mailing list tool in the Control Panel.

 

There are just a couple of things I'm not entirely sure of, even after reading the documentation.

 

First, and most importantly, I want to set up the mailing list so that only I can send out e-mails. I don't want subscribers to be able to reply to each other. They can send replies to me, but nobody else. Is this possible? If so, where in the mailing list configuration panel can I make this adjustment?

 

Also, I'm not entirely sure which e-mail address to use for subscriptions. I'm assuming it's the one I've created when first creating the mailing list, but I'm a bit confused by this.
