Monitor Memory Usage

What is a good (free) program that will monitor my memory usage on-screen?? Where can I find more info about such programs?

Windows comes with one in Task Manager.

 

Press Ctrl-alt-del

click on the PERFORMANCE tab

 

it also puts a little icon in the Systray to show usage.

 

If you search the web you should find hundreds that will do the job you want.
