Gemma Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 Hi all, I have not received any e-mails to my Outlook Express mail box for days but I can receive to my webmail ok. I do not get any error when I send and receive in Outlook so I don't know what the problem is. I used to receive mail fine and I haven't changed anything so I don't know why this has happened. I can still send e-mails from Outlook. If anyone can help me with this I'd be really grateful as I prefer to use Outlook Express than webmail. Thanks, Gemma Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 You have checked the obvious settings I assume. Like your incoming mail server is mail.your-TCH-domain.ext and that you are using your full email address for the user name. Quote

I can now only send email but I cannot receive it. As for using my full email address for the user name, I put: John[at]thebigtimer.com and my password and it wont accept it. The only username and password it accepts is the one given to me by TCH for my domain. Edit: TCH-Bruce - changed email address so spam bots don't harvest it. Quote
