Domain Name Servers

Greetings,

 

If I purchase a domain name and hosting plan through and from TCH, how do I park the domain until I get the site ready to launch?

 

What are the name servers for a parked domain name at TCH?

Hi Biff,

when you sign up for hosting

you wil receive an e-mail with the name servers for which ever server you end up on.

 

A domain name can be parked by changing the DNS to your name servers

and then open a help desk ticket to the techs to ask them to park the domain on top of your account.

 

But if you buy the domain name through TCH, to be hosted here

it should be set up to point to your account,

if it does not you can log into your domain name account and change it.
