Tricia Posted December 10, 2002 Posted December 10, 2002 Hi, I just signed up for a silver plan, but did not realize that the username that you asked for in the account signup would be what my /home directory would be based on. How do I go about: (1) Changing my username (2) Having my home root changed from: /home/OriginalUsername -->to--> /home/NewUsername (3) Have my domain name propogation changed from: //domain IP address/~OriginalUsername -->to--> //domain IP address/~NewUsername (4) Any other places that need changing??? knucklehead Posted December 10, 2002 Posted December 10, 2002 The only way we can do this is to reprovision the entire account. There is no other way. If you want this done, just submit a help desk ticket and we will get it done for you. Quote
