Is Cpanel The Only Way To Run A Cron Job?

I don't know what a cron job is exactly but the person that is helping me develop my sites told me to copy the cron job on one of my sites to the other site...is CPanel the only way to do that?

You can't use CPanel to literally copy a cron job from one site to another, but cron jobs do have to be set up in CPanel. What you'd need to do is make a note of the cron job settings in the first site's CPanel, then go into the second site's CPanel and set up a new cron job with those settings.
