I'm trying to do a new install of MT3.2b. Not an upgrade, but a new install. Have run MT-check successfully, but get the following message when I try to run mt.cgi:

Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://my-domain-here/mt/mt.cgi/mt-upgrade.cgi?__mode=install”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page." (Note that I've subbed "my-domain-here" for the actual domain.

Any ideas what this could be about?

The page is trying to open "/mt/mt.cgi/mt-upgrade.cgi" - both "mt.cgi" and "mt-upgrade.cgi" appear in the URL. In your mt-config.cgi file, is 'mt.cgi' appended to the end of the CGIPath URL? Your CGIPath setting should look like the following, with no 'mt.cgi' at the end:

>CGIPath http://my-TCH-domain.com/mt/
