PCWizard70 Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 Can I use index.php instead of index.html? How would I do this? Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted July 12, 2005 Posted July 12, 2005 Hi and welcome to the forum. Yes, you can use an index.php page. Upload the index.php and delete the index.html via ftp or cpanels filemanager should do the trick I believe.. Quote
PCWizard70 Posted July 12, 2005 Author Posted July 12, 2005 Thanks for the warm reception everyone. The forums you provide are awesome. I just finished "upgrading" my site from .htm/.html to straight .php and used the tutorials SureFire created to utilize a .php header and footer for the site. Renaming my old index.html to oldhtmlindex and then just dropping in a index.php worked like a charm. Thanks for everything. - P Quote
