You don't want to look like you're biting the hand that feeds you, if you know what I mean. I dunno, but vague/veiled accusations against the billing department might be considered by some to be in bad form. If you have a specific concern, you might want to PM someone on staff. They usually seem more than willing to help people who make an effort to be nice. I'm sure the Head Guru would be nice about helping -- but you don't help your case by making them angry with you before you ask for help, if you know what I mean. Don't forget, there are *people* on the other end---people, who in my opinion, are working hard and doing a good job. At least that's my opionion, FWIW. Quote

If you have a Billing issue that needs attention we do monitor our Billing Support desk 7 days a week. Please post a ticket with our Support Desk at https://ssl.totalchoicehosting.com/supportdesk/ address it to the Billing Department and I am sure that you will receive a response in a timely manner Quote
