DVDerek Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 (edited) For over a year I've been using squirrelmail found at: http://****/sqmail However, I've grown tired of it's interface and would like to begin using Horde. As far as I can tell, the only path to Horde requires that I login using my CPanel username and password. This won't work. My email account is not the same as my CPanel login! When I login with my CPanel username and password I am able to navigate my inbox folders to see my main email account, but I'd rather log directly into that account! In addition, if I ever add email addresses for family, they won't be able to log in to horde! I don't understand why there is no simple web login interface to horde? Is there a way I could at least install and configure Horde in my own web directories? Edited July 6, 2005 by DVDerek Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 If you go to your-tch-hosted-domain.com/webmail you will after entering username@your-tch-hosted-domain.com + the password see the 3 webmail interfaces that cpanel have (Squirrel mail, Horde and Neomail). From there you can log in to Horde. There is as far as I know, no other way to enter Hordebut this way or through cpanel. As for installing horde on your own, I will have to let someone else answers that. Quote
