Cpanel/webmail Inaccessible With Firefox

Although I think this is a firewall issue (not TCH's fault), perhaps someone here has some tips for me. When I access cpanel or webmail through IE, everything works fine, but from Firefox it acts as if the port is completely blocked.

 

I am behind a corporate firewall, however I figure that if IE is getting through, perhaps there is a way to get firefox to poke through?

 

Any ideas?

Um Steve what tool are you speaking of?

 

 

as to the firewall problem with firefox

be sure to allow javascript

in tools > options > web features

or try

 

goto tools > options > web features and add TCH to the allowed popup sites

Yes, it was another thread. I got tab happy in firefox and didn't look at to which thread I was replying. Sry!

 

(FWIW...it was the Web Development plugin for firefox.)

Thanks guys. Can't figure it out on this end, it must be a firewall issue that I can't control. It only happens at work, everything is fine at home.

Check your Internet Options for proxy settings (it's under the Connections tab), if there is a proxy, configure Firefox to use it too.
