There is some confusion from new customers. Customers publishing via Frontpage complain that once they publish they still see the TotalChoice Welcome Index page.

 

When TotalChoice creates a new account our system will install a default index.html page. This is the "Welcome to your new web site" page.

 

Now here is the issue. Frontpage's homepage is index.htm, so when customers upload using frontpage the default index.html file is not deleted.

 

Therefore, the customer can not see the upload Frontpage site.

 

To fix this simply delete the index.html page and the issue is fixed.
