Transfer Accounts

Hi, I have three existing web sites that have been up and running for two years now and I want to upgrade to a better hosting provider. Questions:

 

a) How do I go about opening account for these sites most easily? I plan to prepay for one year for all of them via U.S. bank credit card.

Do I need a separate account for each site or can I have one account with multiple sites and pay for them all at once?

c) How do I transfer the DNS reference for these sites to you once my account(s) are running?

d) I use Dreamweaver 4 (plus some simple custom javascripting) to maintain my sites (via DW ftp). Will this work okay with your system?

Heya Joe -

 

Ok you have three accounts. You can host one domain per account under all of our plans except the Reseller accounts.

 

We can point domains (for a nominal charge) to one account. But the content would have to be the same for all accounts. Reseller accounts allow multiple separate domains.

 

You would need to visit your registra to re-point the DNS.

 

Dreamweaver is AWESOME and works perfect with our service.

You mentioned a "nominal charge" for pointing multiple domains to a single account. How much is this charge?

With all three domains pointing to the same address I assume this means that I might build a home page with links to three separate parts of the site, one for each domain. yes?
