I am absolutely delighted with the outcome of a recent support need that I brought to TCH. We started last night at about 10 pm my time, and as of this moment, 4pm a day later the folks at TCH have resolved my need 125%. Thank you to all of them, and wanted you to know, too, how pleased I am.

 

They were patient and professional w/ all my requests, and got the right solution!

I'm a bit suprized at the forum choice; maybe this comment fits better in the Reviews of TCH area.

 

I can see why it's confusing though: The forum subtitle says "The official web hosting rants, raves, discussions and announcements from the Head Guru himself"; If you didn't know that Bill is "Head Guru" you might not realize the purpose of that forum...
