TCH-Andy Posted May 8, 2005 Posted May 8, 2005 Hi, Which threads were you referring to ? Do you want to have your mysql database backed up, and sent to you via email? Or just the email notification that it has been backed up? Quote
lareneg Posted May 8, 2005 Author Posted May 8, 2005 the backup emailed reffering to http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/forums/i...?showtopic=7787 Quote
TCH-Andy Posted May 8, 2005 Posted May 8, 2005 You would type; /usr/local/bin/php /home/yourcpanelusername/directory/phpfile.php Quote
lareneg Posted May 9, 2005 Author Posted May 9, 2005 soz im completely new to this type of stuff Im using dbsender actually. I suppose I dont want to put it in the public_html area so where do I put it? Also what would the direct PATH to it be where you suggest to put it? In the thread where I found which tells me about configuring it, what do they mean when they said use the thing q-? Thanks Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 I use dbsender and created a folder at the same level as my public_html folder. Then the path would be /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/yourcpanelusername/directory-you-create/dbsender.php Quote
