Modifying styles in Invision Power Board v1.3

I want to change the color of the header and catagory, From the blue ( as seen above on this site)Is that a skin? or how would I change the color of the header and catagory bars. does it takes a ftp client to do that also or can I do it in the controls? Thanks

If you login to the admin control panel, Then you should see "Skins and Templates" on the left hand side. Click on that and "Manage skin sets". You should then see an option to edit "colours".

 

What is your domain name? And I'll take a closer look at things for you.
