Adding Rss Feeds To My Site

I am currently using CaRP to add news feeds to my site. Does anyone know of a better way to add daily news? I've messed around a little bit and have come up with something, but would like a better option. I cant configure CaRP as easily as I want.

BTW- free is good.

I have played around with RSS-To-Javascript method a bit. It seems to be reliable and easy to use. Someone may be able to say more about the scripting but I haven't noticed any slowing of the page load.
