thanks...i oredered a small package to see if i would like it and i have not got any info on it...is there a page that i can put a customer number and check status? my husband might have deleted any emails accidentally...thanks i just wanna know if i can start working on it for my grandma

Hi tiffany,

You will neeed to submit a ticket to the helpdesk, link on top of page and they will sort this out for you (resend welcome email etc), just put "unknown" for username and password. :)
