kst Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Been wanting to have a web site for some time, and after looking around , decided to select totalchoice. I've just completed purchasing my domain name by clicking on your link , and now need to get the site set up. However, I am a little puzzled because it would appear that i will have to pay yet another $10.95 to use it for webhosting. Is this correct? How do I get my hosting set up, and will I really have to pay again? Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Hi and welcoem to the forums , Yes, hosting and domain registering is two different things (2 costs). If you are talking about the prices on the TCH website, they are Hosting: from $4 per month. Domain: $10.95 per year. Quote

TCH-Thomas Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 (edited) No, not if you already have one. Just ask your registrar to point it to the nameservers listed in your welcome email you recieve after an eventual purchase of hosting. Edit: I just noticed my typo in the welcome. My apologies for that. Edited March 17, 2005 by TCH-Thomas Quote
