Emails Sent From Tch Hosted Sites Not Arriving

This one is odd. I have set up a new domain with TCH. The email sent from this site to a select few domains never arrives. There is no error message and no return recepit. Yet, these select few domains can successfully send email to the TCH domain. I've tried sending with horde and squirrelmail but no luck. Any suggestions on what could be happening?

I believe I found the problem here. The site I had been trying to send emails to was hosted at a different vendor. The plan was to move this site to one of the client sites under my reseller account so I set up the client site. Once the pages had been moved, the DNS would be changed. Sure enough, once the DNS was changed, all the emails I attempted to send were waiting to be read, appearently snagged by the inactive client site.
