Madhoo Posted February 2, 2005 Posted February 2, 2005 Hi, I have a domain name www.musicmastee.net (I bought it from someone else) that I want to add-on to my current hosting plan. How do I do that? Is it possible to access more than one domain from my cpanel? I already have the domain dancingwithdogs.com attached to my current hosting plan. I have tried to create help-desk tickets with this issue, but I never hear back from anyone about it. What gives? Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted February 2, 2005 Posted February 2, 2005 Hi and welcome to the forums You have done it right. The way to do this is to ask the help desk to park it on top of your other domain. If you have used a free email service (hotmail, yahoo, gmail...) to contact the help desk , you should also check the spam/junk folders because very often these services sort the help desk responses very weird. If you don´t find a response in these folders, you can try contacting the help desk people through the various live chat options. Quote
