You know how you go to some framed sites and they have a "if this person's browser doesn't support frames send them to the no-frames site"... Would it be possible to do this sort of thing for people that don't have flash installed? Or is it even worth worrying about. If so, what would be involved? Your thoughts???

I think that the way most people handle this is by using a "splash" page and letting people choose if they're prefer HTML or Flash. Some people may support flash but not want to wait for it - I close any site that I can't choose html for. ;)
