Creating Forms

Are there books I can purchase on how to create online submission forms for my webpage?

Hi Shady, there are a number of tutorials / examples on the web.... but you would need to be a bit more clear on what your looking for... What kind of form are you looking for ? a simple Contact form that would allow someone to Email you or something a bit more complex that would be for loading a database ? or setting up pages based upon answers to the form....

PHP / Javascipt ? etc

if you do not know what I mean just message me and I will show you some examples
