I'm in the very rough stages of a design at http://shanest.com/shanest.html .

 

However, as you can see, the menu extends beyond the contentbox and the li's do not have the width/spacing that I want.

 

The reason I have the classes for each of the five li's is because the mouseover color is going to be different from each.

 

What is the most efficient way that I can get the spacing/width correct?

Shane I am not sure I follow what your are requesting...when I looked at the page it appears you have 2 seperate navigation bars the NAVBAR Div

and the SUBNAVBAR Div

Both of these appear to be within the BIGBOX Div

is this not what you want.. maybe you already solved your issue not sure ?
