With my first domain, I got it in about 5 hours. I was going to submit a ticket but it asked for a CPanel password and username

I recently signed up for a second domain, tuckerspitzer.com, to be hosted with TCH. I got my PayPal receipt and my invoice from TCH, but never the second account email with all of the DNS, FTP, etc information in it. The other two came on January 12th. Why haven't I gotten the other one and when can I expect it?

I'm in the very rough stages of a design at http://shanest.com/shanest.html . However, as you can see, the menu extends beyond the contentbox and the li's do not have the width/spacing that I want. The reason I have the classes for each of the five li's is because the mouseover color is going to be different from each. What is the most efficient way that I can get the spacing/width correct?
