Email Retrieval From Another Service

I use Adelphia.net as my ISP and they just upgraded their email program. They offer the ability to retrieve external email.

 

I've set up my account to access my TCH website account, but I'm getting an authentication error. I know I've got the password and username right (ok, well at least I know I'm using what I use to access Cpanel and Horde).

 

Here's my question...isn't the mail server called mail.mywebsitename.com???

 

Then I should use the username for my Cpanel/Horde as well as the same password. Have I missed something here?

I would use the email address, and email password - rather than your main account.
