I looked at my emails today and received this email message from my own domain, warning me about email spamming and outgoing email containing virus's and being threatened to close my email account, but I've only sent about 2 emails out at most.

What should I do?

This is an email spoof. Nothing is going to happen and this is common. I get something to this effect all the time. The delete button is my friend. :D

Moving for organization

It is my understanding that these kinds of emails generally contain a virus which is why they ask you to open an attachment to 'clean up your computer' or obtain further 'information' about the so-called spamming or viruses coming from your account. It is important to note that the attachments should NOT be opened.

I guess it was a fake Rob, it did ask me to download an attachment but I came straight here instead.

Good to hear I'm not going to get cut off, thanks for putting my mind at ease :D
