TCH-Dick Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 Accounts suspended for billing issues have always been sent an e-mail before the account is suspended (several e-mails in most cases) Starting today We will also be sending e-mails to customers whos site is suspended for abuse (spam, high resource use etc) You WILL NOT be notified before the site is suspended or given a warning in the case of sites suspended for abuse. The purpose of this e-mail will be to give information on how to get your site unsuspended again, it is not a warning that your site may get suspended. It is VERY VERY important you have a current, non TCH hosted e-mail address set as your contact e-mail in cpanel in order to be able to recieve these e-mails.
