TCH-Don Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Your ISP may be blocking port 25 try port 26 Quote
rdelp Posted November 9, 2004 Author Posted November 9, 2004 Hi! We have 3 people on 3 different ISPs that cannot send, using the same setup from the old host we were able to send mail. ROb Quote
TCH-Don Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Can you send from web mail? And are they using user@domain.ext as their user name in Outlook? Quote
rdelp Posted November 9, 2004 Author Posted November 9, 2004 POP3 mail.livewxradar.com SMTP mail.livewxradar.com user name r---@livewxradar.com under outgoing server I have use the same setting as my incoming checked and my server smtp requires authentication Rob Quote
TCH-Rob Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Also, for giggles, change the outgiong server to 26 and see what happens. Quote
TCH-Don Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 (edited) Yes try the port 26 as most IPS's are blocking 25 now. under servers > my server requires authentication > settings I have use same as my incoming. Edited November 9, 2004 by TCH-Don Quote

TCH-Don Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 You said Outlook, can you try outlook Express? Firewall blocking outgoing ? I had to set outlook express as a server in zone alarm. Running out of ideas. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Glad you got it working. Moving for organization. Quote
