jme574 Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 I have my Neomail (info@) account set up to forward to my Outlook since i have serveral email accounts, i also have it setup to forward to my partners email also but i am the only one receiving the forwarded email, he doesn't receive anything from the info@ account. Is there some reason why i am unable to successfully forward the email from one account to two different accounts? Or is there some sort of CC feature i should set up so we both receive the email? TCH-Bruce Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 (edited) I have not encountered any problems forwarding to multiple accounts. Does you partner have filters set up to delete junk mail or such? Edited November 9, 2004 by TCH-Bruce Quote
jme574 Posted November 9, 2004 Author Posted November 9, 2004 I'm not really sure - just tried to check with him but he is unavailable. I do know that he is using a free hotmail account. Whould that matter? Quote
jslagle Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Are you setting up two separate forwarders or trying to do it with one? If with one I believe it will only use the first address you list. Quote
TCH-Don Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Yep, for each address, set up a new forward. The when you look at forwards you will see a seperate line for each forward. I would double check the address for your partner. Quote
jme574 Posted November 9, 2004 Author Posted November 9, 2004 yeah i set up two different forwards one for each of us. i think he might have bulk mail filter on his hotmail account but wouldn't it at least go to the bulk mail folder? Quote
TCH-Don Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Or spam folder if he has not added your domain or totalchoicehosting to his white list. I think you can do that in hotmail. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Hotmail may just trash the message completely if it's addressed to info@ unless you have him whitelist the address. Quote
